Journalism

At Think Media, we appreciate the power of the written word. Our journalists and editors work with you, and with our graphic designers, to make sure your publications read as well as they look.

Experience has taught us that strong publications add tremendous value for a professional organisation. Think Media offers a unique service, which goes beyond design and branding to include publication planning, writing, subediting and proofreading. Our aim is to work with you to produce outstanding professional journals and ancillary publications that reflect your values and those of your members.

Our journalists work with a huge variety of source material, from agriculture and education, to medicine, business and law. We understand that different media have different requirements, so we can tailor content to meet your needs, whether it’s text for your website, an in-depth conference report, a feature article, or an interview with a thought leader in your profession.

We work with you from beginning to end of the publication process. Our team will attend editorial board meetings to plan your journal’s overall content, and we liaise with honorary editors, staff and contributors throughout. We pride ourselves on attention to detail, and subedit all content to the highest standards, before working closely with our graphic design colleagues on the final product.

We make it our business to be knowledgeable about your organisation, and your area of expertise. We believe in building strong relationships with our clients, and our journalists will attend your meetings and conferences, both to report on them for your publications, and to stay informed on what’s important to you.

If you’ve got a standalone report or policy document that you want to take to the next level, we’re there to contribute our expertise in both journalism and design.

We know that every piece of printed or uploaded material is a reflection of your organisation, so everything is carefully proofread before it leaves us, and we give the same level of attention to your business card that we do to your peer-reviewed journal.

We’re happy to talk to you about your project – give Paul or Ann-Marie a call to discuss how best to get your message across.
