Teagasc – Milestones in Agriculture
Teagasc is the national body providing integrated research, advisory and training services to the agriculture and food industry and rural communities.
As part of the 1916 commemorations, they were asked to stage an exhibition on rural life in Ireland. An important part of the exhibition was a wall (30 metres long and two metres high). It traced the major milestones in the development of agriculture in Ireland from the mid 1800s to the current times. Think Media were asked to collaborate on the project, and to be responsible for the design.
